I highly recommend Dr. Virginia Moody. I have engaged her coaching services for both myself and my organization and can recommend her without hesitation. She takes the time to really understand the individual's needs as well as the needs and requirements of the organization. She challenges you as a participant to think deeply and create stretch goals. She also is extremely supportive and provides numerous suggestions and tips to help her clients with any challenges they are facing or to help them be ready for that "next step" in their career.
