I have attended several of Hilary's events, form a backyard bar-b-que birthday party to a formal elegant dinner. Both were excellent! Hilary has an ease about her and a passion for food that shines through in all that she prepares.
Her bar-b-que ribs were finger licking good and just what you would expect in Texas. The challenge was the large group... it was perfection.
A more formal affair...her braised lamb was Amazing!!!!
The lamb was succulent and so tender, the plating was beautiful and simple. The flavors hit every single cord of absolute euphoria for your taste buds.
She is outstanding and I would highly recommend her.
