- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price will vary and be determined on a case by case basis * After the third revision, there will be a $50 fee per revision. * No refunds will be issued once terms are agreed upon and work begins. * Finalized work will be delivered only as a Portable Document Format (PDF) or as an image format e.g. JPG, PNG,AI File. Original artwork will be considered proprietary and will remain property of Intervozmedia.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) A simple sketch or rough draft of the concept/idea will be requested. If sketch is not available, a meeting will be set up to gather additional details. 2) If necessary, up to three (3) revisions will be created to establish a final draft. 3) Finalized and approved work will be emailed or delivered via mail/courier.
