- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
5% on sales listings. 3% goes to the buyer's agent, 2% goes to us as seller's agent. Why 1% lower than everyone else in the market? Our turnaround is quick, we take short term listings only, we price right, we attack right from day one, we deliver results fast for both the owner and we are able to earn our commission more frequently.
