- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be the first to say I'm not the cheapest out there. I'm not the most expensive either but I am worth what I charge. im a very meticulous perfectionist. I take alot of pride in the work we do. and I do beleive u get what u pay for. but i do get discounts on paint to sherwin Williams and never have a problem extending that discount to my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to see the work being done and meeting the customer in person. Figuring out exactly what the customer wants and needs to be done in order to fulfill their request. Last getting a contract signed by me and the customer to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 8 years and have collected a lot of experience along the way.
