I have been a group fitness instructor for over two years and I specialize in Durability and Functional training. At Intentional Patterns we pride ourselves on programming safe and effective workouts for any fitness level. If you are tired of feeling hurt or over worked during your exercise routine, come give us a shot! We offer nutrition plans on the side. Helping people develop a positive relationship with fitness is a priority. A lot of people view exercise negatively and have a hard time reaching their goals because of that.

The day I walked into matts camp , was the day after I had decided to quit attending CG. When I first started CG I was saddened when all the people around me were so motivated and happy . I lacked motivations and I felt like I didn't even want to attend . I actually felt like I didn't belong . I had a very hard time and was so frustrated at first . I'm so glad that I decided to give it one more shot and look for another location and another trainer . After attending camp with 3 trainers I was so happy and satisfied with Mathews camp !! He was so motivating and welcoming on my first day . I was actullay looking forward to attending Camp after that . The stretches he has us do are so what I need!! I am 45 years old and I need more than a couple of stretches and a warm up lap . I like the variety of excersizes i do and his ability to motivate, challange me and some how still keeps it fun! I'm happy with CG , and I'm so happy with Matt as my trainer !!!

Matt is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated trainer. He has fantastic programming and can modify any movement for me and any issues I may be having. He knows how to work many different tools and equipment so the workouts never get boring or uninteresting. I know I got a great workout, not to the detriment of my body, when I workout with Matt.

I look forward to my workouts with Matt. From day one he learned my name, encouraged and motivated me. It feels awesome to be doing a workout and have him walking around telling you good job, stepping in to help you if you're doing an exercise improperly so you won't hurt yourself or giving you modifications if you're not quite at the level to do an exercise. Matt is always staying after camp to help me or any other campers that have questions on nutrition, advice for sore muscles. He is there to make sure everyone meets their fitness goals. I highly recommend trying one of his Camp Gladiator workouts. You certainly will not be disappointed.

Matt is an amazing trainer. I remember when I couldn’t do an arm thread at camp. But Matt always provided encouragement and constant support. Now I am able to perform arm threads with ease and sit throughs. He has helped me regain confidence in myself and in my workouts.
