I called Above All Air to come out to my salon. John was able to get there very fast (less than 3 hours after the initial call). He was able to fix the problem the same day. The company we used to use said it would take a week to get the part. Needless to say, I'm switching companies.

Initially, I was only looking for maintenance for my system and the same day the fan stopped working. John was the first to respond to my maintenance request so I called him. He showed up earlier than expected which was great. It turned out that the fan motor went out. He had a part that in his truck but it turned out that it was a little too powerful for my system causing loud noise. He could not find a shop open since it was the day after Christmas. So he left the part to cool the house through the night and came back next morning. The AC is now working and not loud. I think the price was a fair price, compared to another company a few months back where I felt over charged.

I was in need of a complete 4 ton AC unit install. He was the first to answer my request with a quote. Not just a "I need to come by and inspect" approach. I'm a property owner and I know what is a reasonable cost. I had a budget and he worked with it to make it happen. No hard sell. System was installed the next day. Brought up to code the new installation and provided me with a reasonable labor and part warranty. John and crew were very personable.

On top of my state license I do training from Trane, Carrier, other top brands as well as continuing education every year to maintain my state license & EPA certified

We have worked with all types of customers ranging from simple residential with new installation and expanding all the way up to full commercial services ranging in refrigeration and air-conditioning if it makes cold we work on it

Ask questions,any question there are no dumb questions, if you don't know what your buying why buy it!!!!
