FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service provided, but we strive to provide best value. To be clear, that does not necessarily mean best price. We will help to determine your needs and find a solution that is appropriate to the situation, at the best value possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We serve customers who desire security services, whether residential or commercial alarms, consulting, locksmithing, personal security, or training. First, we find out what the needs of the client are; there is no such thing as "one-size-fits-all" in security. Next, we build them a program that is meets their needs, and is best value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Depending on the service required, education and training required can be very different. The owner of the company has a Master's Degree in Security Management, holds the coveted, board-certified "Certified Protection Professional" designation, is a Texas Master Peace Officer, and holds many other high-level credentials. Other employees are all certified and qualified as appropriate.
