Introduction: My goal at the end of each job is to have a satisfied customer who is proud of their yard. In order to do that I listen to exactly what the homeowner wants and I guarantee my workmanship and materials for one year. I do not try to sell something that the customer does not need and I believe that is why I have so many repeat customers.
What I enjoy is starting with a blank canvas and seeing the finished product like art work. I have done this type of work for over 15 years and my best source of advertisement has always been word of mouth. We are in the BBB, A+ rating

BEWARE - Owner did NOT honor warranty
The installation took a LONG time from start to completion and required months of hounding the owner. I mistakenly paid the owner in full before the work was complete. Thus, there was no incentive, other than honor and honesty, to return to complete the work.
A few months after the work was completed, the system sprang a leak.
The workers blamed the leak on a root the size of string, and the owner didn't honor the warranty, citing that the warranty started when they started the work, not when they completed it. I reluctantly paid the $75, because it was urgent.
A few months later, the repair burst because the cemented pipes barely overlapped. The owner came out, blamed the leak on a broken ball valve and quoted me $150 to replace it. I knew that the valve was working fine, because I turned it off to stop the leak.
Now I'm going through the Better Business Bureau to get this issue resolved, since I can't trust their installation, repair, or warranty.

I'm sorry but you're blaming something I mean that is not my fault at all you said you were going to come pick stuff on your own because you want to save money stop blaming other people stop talking about other people you got my number why can't you call me

Very quick to come out and give us a quote (next day). Able to get us in around 4 days later. Very professional and did very nice work in setting up system. Also gave us advice on lawn when builder contractor did sloppy work in laying sod. Would recommend.
