Introduction: Leaders Empowered is a consulting, coaching and training company empowering and building confidence in individuals and developing their leadership skills. I am passionate about making a difference in every life that I touch. My dynamic speaking and leadership training, including certification as a business coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, certification as a Human Behavioral Specialist and certification as a John Maxwell coach, trainer and speaker allows me to offer workshops, seminars, keynote speaking and group coaching in a variety of settings. I am also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Sharing my two decades of experience as an international speaker, top-level leader, corporate executive, trainer and coach, television and radio host with groups, teams and individuals is what I am passionate about. I enjoy serving others and creating positive, measurable and lasting changes in you, your team and your business. I assist clients and audiences worldwide in becoming the best version of themselves with purpose, priorities and a strong sense of intentionality. I specialize in taking learning from being conceptual to success-driven action. I enjoy speaking and training at conferences, conventions, leadership summits, team retreats as well as engaging in intensive workshops, executive coaching, mastermind groups, leadership and group coaching.
