- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can typically offer general pricing checkpoints, but most pricing is ideal to be served in person to discuss all related details together. I offer a 15% discount for all first time customers, and 20% discounts to first time customers with military credentials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally prefer to meet every new customer in person to assess what they would like for me to look at. I listen to everyone’s needs and concerns, answer as many questions as possible, give as much advice and genuine information as possible, give the best competitive rate for my service, and strive to meet their scheduling needs as cohesively as humanly possible. My goal is to treat everyone like family until they become my family. My work is not dependent and generated by price. Your property becomes my priority once you hire me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly striving to expand my knowledge and every day is a brand new experience. My efforts can always improve and therefore should within time. I have cleaned windows, pressure washed and cleaned gutters and dryer vents professionally for over 6 years.
