- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a standard pricing and will provide it when requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take our time to find out what the customer wants or needs. We walk through the entire process of installation or repair big or small. We listen, make suggestions, and always communicate each step so you knows what's going on. We treat ever home or business as if it were our own and don't do anything we wouldn't do at our own home or business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've been in this industry for over 10 years. Started off with the major cable companies. Have worked with audio/video companies installing televisions, full surround sound systems, customizing and building home theaters, commercial installs such as bars, restaurants, and even a gym. We've done it all have experience with time warner cable, directv, dish network, AT&T tv and Internet services. This isn't work to us we love what we do and love taking care of the people who hire us.
