- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of my pricing depends on the needs and objectives of those hosting the event. Pricing is something that I can best assess after speaking by phone an learning more about the desired outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we speak by phone so I can better understand their needs and objectives. During that time, I focus on what outcomes I can help them accomplish and any additional information that's needed to make their event a success. I provide my direct contact information and let me know they can contact me with any information related to the event prior to the date, to ensure I'm giving them the absolute best experience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been studying motivation and peak performance since I was a teenager and have been to trainings all over the world, read books, studied videos, and have been coached by some of the greatest motivation and peak performance masters of our time. What I've experienced over the last 25+ years, has allowed me to produce tangible results in the lives of people nationally.
