"Loving what I do and serving you" has stood as my true maxim for over a decade! This is my primary profession as of 2016 and I genuinely have a passion for delighting others with my talent! My background is extensive as I've been in the food industry for over ten plus years. First as a sales representative for a disposable food packaging broker across the U.S. , and then I branched off to attend The Culinary Art Institute of San Antonio, TX. There I received my degree as a Pastry Chef. I stood behind some amazing local Chefs while residing in San Antonio, first at Arcade Midtown (Pearl Brewery), then lead baker for The University of TX San Antonio catering department, and lastly I finished at Mariposa Neiman Marcus as their pastry chef. I learned many techniques and professional standards along the way and am excited to become your new choice baker!

Laura is actually at my house right now teaching my 9 year old daughter how to cook some awesome Mexican tapas! They are preparing an amazing menu for our guests arriving shortly for our Super Bowl party! She is so sweet and explains every step of the way in full detail to my daughter. It seems like they are both enjoying themselves! We highly recommend her!

I was nervous about this, but Laura did a great job, was friendly, and helped me have a wonderful dessert on my most memorable day. The cake was delicious and she was prices fairly and worked with me. I would recommend her for any event!

I asked for an unusual wedding cake design. Laura asked a zillion questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and she delivered a cake even more delicious and beautiful than I imagined. We got MANY compliments on the design and flavor.

Asked Laura to make some Grinch cookies for annual classroom
Readings of How the Grinch Stole Christmas -- they were fantastic! Bright colors, individually wrapped and tasty !! Students and teachers loved getting this extra special treat at the end of the reading and thanked me in the school's newsletter.
