I cannot even begin to tell you all of the ways Custom Staffing made my wedding amazing. From the initial consultation they made my new wife and I feel important and taken care of. They handled every single one of our concerns and the entire wedding went off amazing! The very few hiccups were handled professionally and quickly to the point where none of my guests were even aware of anything going wrong. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We ask for 50% to hold the date and 50% on the date of the event. The pricing ranges depending on the project/tasks asked of us, but we offer 5 packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we go through an "interview" process... make sure we are a good fit for each other. We create an outline for design or a schedule for planning (or both), and begin our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have won 4 awards for design and have certified planners on staff.
