- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service is based on Xactimates pricing. This is the same estimating program that 95% of the insurance industry uses to accurately price construction needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting customer is number one, reviewing their needs, writing an itemized estimate, reviewing schedule, start date, and timeline to finish repairs they're requesting. Our goal is to not have anyone waiting longer than 2 weeks for a new roof installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company has 20 years of insurance experience and 35 years of construction experience. Joe Swarts, founder and owner of State 28 Roofing, trains all of his project managers thoroughly to keep them current. His roof installers have 20-40 years of experience installing all types of roofing material. The construction crews are supervised by Dan Baker, brother in-law of founder, and has been a licensed general contractor since 1985.
