- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take as many small jobs as possible and my fees reflect my desire to build a local clientele base.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I analyze what they state they need. 2. I give them the most reasonable and honest quote, 3. Igive them an idea of when I’m available to see or do the project. 4. I send them a appointment confirmation. 5. I call them when I’m on my way and when I get to the site. 6. I purchase any material needed. 7. I show my client the work completed. 8. Finally, I give my clients: A guarantee for my work” , I Collect my fee and give them a receipt if requested. Now they have a reliable friend in the trades.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since i was 10y.o. I worked in my dads business buying and rehabbing, renting and maintaining his buildings. I trained as a carpenter, Building energy analyst, Building Inspector, Real Estate Paralegal, Mortgage Loan Processor, R.E. Sales Agent and use to buy rehab and rent my own properties in Chicago, Illinois.
