Introduction: - Personal training is individually customized 1-on-1 fitness training programs based on individual needs and goals. - Fit Camp 365 is a variation of boot camp styled workouts with a touch of personal attention in a group setting. Fit Camp 365 may include strength and toning through circuit and functional exercise programs. - For a full body transformation we will utilize light to moderate weight in addition to leveraging one’s own body weight to induce a leaner and sleek physique while increasing mobility, strength and flexibility. Aside from obtaining all the great results, I thoroughly enjoy relationship building and making a difference in people’s lives by being the positive, encouraging and motivating coach for each unique fitness journey.

My wife and I both have trained with him. He did an amazing job with us! Kept us going when we were giving up. Explained how and why the specific exercises were done.

Xavier is my personal trainer for 30 minutes and then I join his group class which is awesome. If you want real results he is your guy! I'm on my 2nd mth and I am ready to sign up for my 3rd mth of personal training! He is awesome and I feel great I went from a size 12 to an 8 and still counting! I promise you join his class and you won't regret you did because you will see results!

He provided a practical and reasonable meal plan and reasonable fitness plan that produced results for the fitness and weight loss goals set. Also, he was a positive motivator.

Xavier is wonderful! He pushed me while being attentive to the areas where I needed more support. He also shares great knowledge about how bodies respond to different exercises, and why he's having you do them. I highly recommend Xavier!
