FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As in all things related to real estate transactions, negotiation is a vital part of the process. Therefore, our commissions are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I prefer a meeting to get acquainted and understand your goals whether buying or selling real estate. If you're buying, I will identify properties that closely match your needs criteria, encourage you to search on Realtor.com, and get a feel for exactly what appeals to you in a home. The next step is to schedule site visits to your selected properties. If you're a 1st time home buyer or new to the area, I'll explain the overview of buying a home, help you connect with resources you'll need, such as, lenders, title company, homeowners insurance, and home inspection. If you're selling, I will meet with you in your home initially, then prepare a competitive market analysis. In our next meeting, I'll present my market analysis, outline my plan to sell your home, and we will agree on the listing price. If you're an investor, I will meet with you (if you're local) or talk by phone (if you're outside San Antonio area) to determine what you're seeking in a real estate investment property, price range, and timeline, as well as your need for property management. Then, I will identify properties that closely match your investment criteria, share via email, prepare comp analysis on recent solds & rents. The next step is to schedule site visits or use Facetime (if you're not local) to your selected properties.
