Our feral Mommy cat Stardust passed away underneath the vacant house next door where she and her kittens have been living. We couldn't get to her. I Googled what I needed and Thumbtack came up with 2 companies responding. David with D-Tech was by far the best choice. I received his response and a quote right away. The other company couldn't give me a quote unless I gave them the address and said they had an app to look up square footage etc. They said they would call me back. They Have Never contacted me.
My experience with David at D-Tech was SOO much better. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and empathetic from our very first phone conversation.
He came out the same day we spoke. David was very sensitive to our dilemma and even offered to find a nice place to bury Stardust on his property. I have 35 years of customer service experience and can attest that David offered A+ service. He truely went above and beyond. He even offered to help my husband with the flat tire on our truck.
