Introduction: What's great about training with me is my knowledge of perfect form, comfortable exercise selection, and my ability to provide motivation to keep going. The gym that I train out of is only occupied by individuals receiving personal training meaning there are no "gym bro's" making you feel uncomfortable, no gym members taking up all the training space and equipment, and NO GYM MEMBERSHIP FEES! I am able to provide you a safe, comfortable, motivating, and EFFECTIVE training environment. What I enjoy most about the work I do is seeing my clients' physiques slowly evolve and get back to or better than the best shape of their lives. I love giving advice on nutrition as well as the minor critiques in movement that lead to big changes. I love knowing that by setting a goal, setting a date, and implementing a scientifically sound plan, I am able to help my clients attain the physique they want. I know that stepping into the gym can be a bit overwhelming and I enjoy taking that pressure off my clients. They just show up, quiet their minds, and train hard!

By far the best bootcamp I've been to. The classes are exceptional and the trainer is a great motivator. I leave exhausted but excited for the next class. I highly recommend Make it Count.

Kyle is my personal trainer...He is also my mentor, therapist, craving hunger buster, and acomplice! 8 months ago I suffered a pretty bad ACL injury due to a soccer injury combined with a bad 18 wheeler accident. I thought I was done! But not only did Kyle get me back in the gym when I was at my lowest point due to my inability to play soccer, but he has not only physically but mentally helped me become stronger! He made me believe again that these "minor setbacks are what allow you to have a MAJOR comeback!" So he is my MENTOR because he not only guides me to be in the best shape of my life...He is my THERAPIST because when I think I "can't" do something because of my knee, he proves to me that "I can" by safely guiding me through the exercise...He is my CRAVING HUNGER BUSTER because I'm now following a Carb-free diet to reach a fitness goal for an event that I have coming up and when I have a food craving I text him and tell him I'm going to "drink the soda, or eat the candy" and he kindly reminds me that I will then look "just like everybody else, one amongst the others" so that pushes me to be stronger and different when I'm feeling weak! And lastly, he is my ACOMPLICE because he is always right there beside me reminding me that change and the strength to be better and stronger comes from within, so he is always reminding me how to be a better version of myself when it comes to my health. When looking for a personal trainer, "accountability" is the most important aspect to look for...I can genuinely say that you can most definitely COUNT on Kyle for all your fitness goals. I feel stronger than ever, and absolutely blessed to have been referred to him.
