- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a flat hourly rate for marketing, public relations and advertising content. Other projects can be negotiated separately in accordance with Writer's Market guidelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it mutually advantageous to schedule an initial face-to-face meeting or phone conversation to discuss the client's overall needs and expectations. This establishes a connection and relationship, fostering good communication moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in business management, and have completed graduate hours in both English and business administration.
