- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customer discounts. Affordable prices. Options to deduct from refund with no money upfront. E-file included in price and no extra fee. Option to deposit refund in a credit card provided by bank if no bank account available. Do your own bookkeeping, save yourself some money. I worked with you and your situation and provide you with the best option for you or your family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to provide you with a prompt and fair quote here or by phone, however since most customers are not familiar with the tax rules, credits and deductions, and the amount of work one has to put into the return; it is always best to talk on the phone or make a free-consultation appointment if requested to give you the right quote and move from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IRS Tax preparer. Authorized e-filer provider, Refresher courses taken every year to get updated with new tax laws. Bookkeeping experience. Familiar with Immigration process, Government Insurance and Document Translations.
