- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing for services. It is charged based on the amount of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what my customer wants. That is the most important thing to me that my customer understands how I am and how I work. If there is anything he or she isn't pleased with or comfortable with, we can discuss it prior to anything. Satisfaction for my customers is priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in administration for over 4 years while serving in the military.
