- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rio Bravo's pricing is based on square footage, age and foundation type (slab or pier and beam) of the home, mostly. If the client would like to have an inspection of the pool, sprinkler system those could add to the over all price. Rio Bravo also provides discounts for first home buyers and any military service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Rio Bravo we treat all of our clientele as a new customer. This will be a new home for them and we will report no differently. We will do our very best to educate and help all of our customers understand our process and the final report.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all licensed through Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). We have to complete 32hrs every two years to be able to do home inspections. We strive to educate ourselves yearly and at times we end up with more than the required 32hrs each.
