- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial service call fee is deducted from total if hired. We try to give you various options based on your budget and what is needed to bring your plumbing up to code. Our estimate has an expiry date up to one month which is outlined in contract along with scope of work needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to be as transparent as possible to help new customers understand the scope of work and pricing along with possible situations down the road.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been registered with the Texas state board of plumbing examiners since June 2017. Have worked all areas from new construction and service in commercial and residential. Currently going for my journeyman license.
