- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my remote bookkeeping services I provide a fair rate for quickbooks online and I pay for your software. I also offer 50% off on tax returns for business clients that use my monthly bookkeeping services. For tax preparation for individuals the average return runs from $40 to $225. I charge depending on the form, not on how much you are getting back because that is unethical.

a free consultation, then a client intake form is filled out and I provide an engagement letter for the services I will be providing.
