- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a $500 deposit to secure wedding dates and a 5% deposit for other events. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the event. I accept cash, check, Paypal and credit/credit cards and offer a 4% discount on payments by cash or check. Many bridal budgeting guides give a rough rule of thumb that floral and decor should comprise 10-15% of an overall wedding budget and national and regional averages for wedding floral budgets range from $3000-6000K and vary based on things like level of floral designs selected, wedding party size, wedding guest size, My bridal bouquets start at $150 up to $250+ depending on size, style and blooms, bridesmaids bouquets start at $65 up to $115 each. Boutonnières range from $12-25+ each. Corsages $20-40+. Sweetheart table flowers range from about $75 for a simple centerpiece to $300+ for large scale cascading pieces. Centerpieces/Arrangements start at $40 each for the most simple scattered greens and candles up to $350 each for large scale premium pieces. Delivery starts at $125 within the San Antonio area. I will travel for additional costs. Set up is priced based on complexity . If you tell me how many of each piece and some information on the questions below we can start to translate that into a quote. Do you have inspiration images you’d like to share? If I have a sense of the look you are going for I can identify where you might fall price wise in these ranges. Also helpful to get a sense of how you want your wedding to feel (ex: luxe, romantic, classic, modern, etc) as that can give me an idea of what to suggest. I truly believe that beautiful weddings can be created within budgets of a wide variety of sizes, so if you have floral budget you want to stick to and you let me know what the number is, I can propose recommendations for how to get the most look in that price range.
