- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you get a lower quote from a competitor, ask if I can match it. I'm willing to negotiate on price, but I will never lower my standard of delivering excellence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a dialogue going to get to know the customer's expectations and vision for their event so I can give them what they want. If necessary, I can do a walk through to ensure I'll have what I need so I can provide what you want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been into music since I was a little kid. Carpool karaoke with the family on road trips, concerts, playing in the middle and high school band, playing in a garage band, singing karaoke just about wherever I travel to, DJ'n and KJ'n at parties, you name it. I love all kinds of music and am more than happy to showcase whatever genre you like.
