- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set appointments with customers and give free estimates so they know exactally what the cost of project will be without any hidden fees or added charges. Never a penny down! Payment is only due after I have fully completed the job and customers are 100% satisfied and happy with my service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers in person and thoroughly walk though the job together to make sure I understand exactly what they want and expect so I can deliver 100% satisfaction. Then I can explain the process, details, time it shall take to complete job and can set a starting date that fits their schedule and expect me to be there from start to finish. I always follow up with a call or text the day before and an exact ETA the day of... Giving my customers a piece of mind and a heads up that it's me coming to deliver a professional job and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional work speaks for itself! I have completed all courses through Wood Defender and certified through them.
