- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For fixed-quote jobs, the price quoted is the price you pay. If the issue cannot be resolved, there is no charge. For technical support, whether onsite or remote, the hourly rates start at $40/hour, but this is invoiced in increments of 1/10th of an hour. You pay ONLY for EXACTLY what you need. For onsite support, the nominal service call fee can be waived for new customers. Please contact us for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are experts in listening. We discuss the issue at length for free with the customer, and decide whether the project needs a fixed-quote or would be time-based.
