I enjoyed the professionalism I had with Joe. He went out of his way to help me understand how the procedures work in getting a new roof for my home. I was just mentally confused of what I was going to do after hurricane harvey almost blew my roof off. All other roof repairs company/workers just wanted to see how much my insurance would pay to get my roof done and my deductible. I thought that was not right it made it seem like they were just after money. Not Joe he sat with me and carefully and slowly explained to me the processes and what I should look for and what I want out of a new roof. He also took the time to explain “the letter” the other roofers were asking for. I was truly impressed by all the ‘out of his way’ explaining showing he did and did not ask for one cent. He also had samples of the shingles I could choose from and how each shingle felt and the explained the warranty very well. it was exciting to finally get my roof in the process of repair. Joe kept close contact with me when he received updates on my insurance information and as soon as they got an approval my roof was done in less than two days. Joe also took the time to help me pick out the right color shingle even showing me pictures of houses of the shingles he was showing me on how it would look. Joe made sure I had all the paperwork warranty I needed for my records he even sat with me and we called the company who handled the warrant so I can make sure I was registered. Joe was awesome and it was a blessing to have meet him I didn’t feel cheated or used and definitely not pressured. By the way he worked with me on my deductible which was a super plus. I would recommend Joe for all your roofing/construction needs. Not everyday you come across someone who ‘just wants to help and go the right thing’ Instead of just using you taking your money and leaving. Joe is the guy you looking for. No regrets.
