Questions consist of: 1.any physical or health problems 2. Eating habits 3.Goals 4. Level of fitness 5. Basic training exercises based of level of fitness that was given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being certified, I have been playing sports (football and track) since I was 12 years old. I starting training athletes and 9 to 5ers since I was 27 years old from weight loss, to strength training, to sports performance .
