FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I don't have a standard pricing because different jobs required certain acquired skills which change the pricing from job to job. Nevertheless, when a job is prolonged then I make a standard price on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, always establish a rapport. Then listen and observe the customer in regards to the situation at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working as a construction labor when I was 14 years old. My father was a General Contractor, so my summers were spent working in construction. After having 13 years of experience in the construction field, my father, encouraged me to get my contractors license. At 27 I applied and took the required test and passed. I've operated my business for the past 15 years. I'm also a member of the Army Corp of Engineers as a Construction Supervisor.
