This was an super outstanding experience! I've hired a number of home inspectors over the years. I was blown away by the inspection and report that Lorber Engineers provided on a custom, 4,000 square foot plus home with lots of complexity.
After being provided with their Linkedin summary, I expected a lot and they didn't disappoint me. I had no idea that I could hire a home inspector with these credentials which includes a professional engineer registration (PE).
They took their time, were extremely thorough and very communicative about what they were doing/finding. The report was authoritative, expansive and detailed. They actually use full sentences in their reports. They provided an explanation of the issues and why they were important. Plenty of photos.
And, in addition to opening my eyes about the condition of the property, their report put me in great position to negotiate some very favorable concessions.
I recommend Lorber Engineers with high enthusiasm and without reservation so much so that I would wait for them if I couldn't book them right away.
