I weighed 354 lbs with a 48 inch waist and on Blood pressure medication 2 years ago. I changed my eating habits and negative personal life and lost 55 lbs. I meet Milan in April . I have been training with Milan for 10 months now. during this time, not only I came a loooong way in my physic, I also grew to LOVE the challenges and the sweat (I never thought I am the 'type'). Milan's gym is super professional , yet very unique. It is located in a surprising oasis, immersed in green, just the perfect place for body work. Milan is an incredible trainer. very knowledgeable in many aspects of the human body, creative in planing sessions, very attentive to body forms, explains exercises, and demonstrates, in a very precise way, making sure no harm is done along the way. Milan is amazing. She's a perfect mix of tough and encouraging, and by that I mean that she will push you to your limit all with a smile on her face. She has a variety of circuits that sheâll put you through so working out is never boring. Also, she truly cares about her clients and their individual needs. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I was nervous about strenuous workouts and how that would affect my blood sugar. Milan completely understood and worked with me to incorporate breaks that allowed me to check my glucose and stay on track. I would have to say that Milan is by far the best trainer I have ever worked out with. She got us ready for a Diva Dash and we were all at different levels. She is very patient but determined to get you where you want to be. When you ask for advice she will steer you in the right direction and pump you up!
