I weighed 354 lbs with a 48 inch waist and on Blood pressure medication 2 years ago. I changed my eating habits and negative personal life and lost 55 lbs. I meet Milan in April . She tailored a challenging workout plan for me 2 days a week,and help me with a healthier lifestyle. As of Nov.12.
