Let me start by saying I was dreading buying our new house. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past and I wasn't looking forward to repeating them, but as it turns out I had nothing to worry about. Daniel said something in the very beginning of our transaction that really stuck with me and it set the tone for our entire experience. To him it was an offhand remark, but I was really happy to hear it and even happier to see it play out. We were talking about what makes someone a good agent and he told me that "Real Estate is all about follow through". Now, I've heard that plenty of times before and it's usually just lip service, but not with Daniel. He never let a question go unanswered, never let a situation go unexplained and he never let the listing agent off the hook until she did what she said she was going to do. He explained every step we were taking, was patient with all my questions and he helped us make informed decisions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Real Estate Professional!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Daniel. He is professional, he responded quickly to our every need, he guided us through the process of home buying and selling with confidence and he was more than pleasant with every interaction. My husband and I have two small children and utilized Daniel's services to sell our condo and buy a home at the same time. Daniel was always ahead of the game in answering our questions, addressing issues before they became problems and being supportive during this process. On top of being fantastic at his job, he was also a great friend and incredibly engaging with our children. Daniel checked in frequently to address concerns and shared in our excitement at the end of the process. He was great!

No, every client and situation is unique and it would not be fair to my customers to establish a price before fully understanding the scenario.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get to know my clients as best as possible. For buyers, asking in depth questions related to lifestyle, hobbies, interests and geographical preference allows me to gain a better understanding of what neighborhood they would enjoy the most. For home sellers, I primarily focus on the main reason for selling their home. Every situation is different and commands a different approach. No one client in the same but every client gets treated with the same "customer first" mentality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor' Degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. I spent over 10 years in corporate America in a Strategic Finance and Marketing capacity for many Fortune 500 companies before finding my true passion in Real Estate. I have been a licensed real estate broker for over 5 years.
