Professional and punctual, but the packing process was slower than it should have been for the price of 3 movers. Too much time was spent by 2 movers disassembling and wrapping (excessively) all unboxed items while the third mover spent much of his time in the truck, waiting for the others and/or answering calls. No time was wasted during the drive, and our city-center, 4th floor move-in was expertly handled. No breaks, no scratches, 2-3 small marks on walls will require touch-up. Jamaal and Jason were great! I had my 2 dogs and my 3 month old son and they did a great job working with the non ideal circumstances. We thoroughly explain the moving process and costs. We are honest and trustworthy. Making arrangements with us for your move is very easy as we are very responsive. We cover all your furniture during the move. Nothing gets broken or lost, and everything is fully secured in our trucks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I worked as a Technical Advisor at a law firm for 12 years and have my paralegal certificate. Additionally, I worked for 3 years at a large beekeeping company where I managed the logistics of transporting thousands of beehives across the country on a regular basis. My experience in shipping large, valuable items as well as skills developed as a Technical Advisor prepared me to start my own moving company.
