Gitta helped us get set up with wireless in a home that had thwarted all other attempts... (dead spots, etc)...she set up wireless printers and connected TVs and basically got the home technology working the way it should. She's a good communicator -- reliable and capable. We delayed hiring a networking expert for too long (3 years of WiFi in only one room of the house) because it's hard to find someone good...someone you trust...someone who knows what they're doing. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I listen to my customer's concerns and issues and I give them a short evaluation of what I think it would take to solve the problem. I work on-site, or I can log on to my clients' computers remotely. I usually follow up with an email or phone call a few days later to make sure the problem was solved to my customers' complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Master's Degree and also I am an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I worked for a small consulting firm for a few years and I really liked the independent problem solving the job not only allowed, but required. I decided to strike out on my own in 2009.
