Introduction: I love taking the clutter of everyday operations and creating streamlined simple business operations. For the first 18 months in business I lived in this constant place of overwhelm. The daily flow was interrupted with menial tasks that took my attention away from the important money making projects. By lunch time I was exhausted and the feeling of wanting more than I actually had the time and headspace for, was painful and frustrating. As a coach it seemed even more frustrating that I wasn't taking the same advise that I was giving my customers. So after researching other small business owners I realised that I wasn't alone. I created a simple step by step accountability process that responds to the flow of running a small business. I take every aspect of operations and clearly define the importance and time that each area needs and schedule appropriately. Then as your accountability partner I check in with you every business day to make sure you're reaching your benchmarks. I work with a handful of select committed clients that have big goals and a big desire for success. There is this place in the conversation with a client where the penny drops and they realise that what they want is actually possible. There is a way to have freedom in your business and achieve all the objectives that you came into the business with in the first place can happen. I love taking the clutter from my clients daily business operations and creating a clear process thats easy to manage and makes space for other more exciting aspects of their business.
