I like the fact that as an owner I have easy internet access to monthly reports as well as daily events that effect my property.
And they offer month to month contracts.
They have been quick to respond to my questions.

I was unsure about hiring a property management company. I always planned on renting one of my houses out by myself...which I did for a little over a year until I started having issues with my tenants, that's when I found PMI San Diego. They make sure I get paid on time and that my property is being taken care of. It's nice having one less thing to worry about.

Pmi San Diego has been a life saver! Shannon and Stephanie have definitely made my life easier with renting out my property and managing my tenants. I've worked with other property management companies and I can never speak with someone when I need to. Pmi San Diego always answers their phone and I can even text the owner! They resolve issues fast and the communication is great.
