- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use an estimators guide for construction and building costs to get a rough estimate. This book gives me the going rate per linear ft for molding, cabinets, stairs and so on. Of course nothing is set in stone... I'm happy to work together to find a price we can both be happy with.
