- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Much of our pricing is standard and based on a flat all inclusive rate; however we do customize packages and offer proposals that fit within each clients budget and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client the first step is a completely free, no obligation consultation that allows us to get to know each other and gives me a chance to fully understand their needs and how I can best assist them. It also lets the client ask questions and become comfortable with our abilities to make their event dreams a reality. We fill out an inspiration survey (together) and discover exactly what their perfect day looks like!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is very important to me to remain an expert in all of the services that our company offers. I am a certified wedding and special event planner with years of experience. I am also a licensed booking agent that books celebrity talent for venues and performances. In addition, I also have abc certification in California for bartending & active food handlers certification. Finally, I have a business degree and marketing background which gives me a competitive edge in assisting my clients.
