- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find that the best way to get an accurate estimate and determine the best flooring choice for our customers is to have a one on one consultation either over the phone or in person. Once we can determine your needs and lifestyle, our Sales and Design Consultants can schedule an appointment to view products in one of our three showrooms, or they bring can bring an array of products to you and measure your space in one visit. Once we have decided on a product and you have received a thorough estimate, we then can schedule an installation depending on your needs and availability. Most installations can be performed within one week.
