FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to get a feel for why a customer is seeking the service that they are inquiring about. A lot of clients think they need a new website or CRM process, but through a preliminary interview I find that there is an underlying problem that needs to be addressed. I always start with "what's broken, and how can we fix it?"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two marketing degrees, specifically in Advertising and Public Relations, and a decade of experience under my belt, I've had the unique opportunity to work in marketing just as social media was really becoming a tool for businesses. From print, to digital, and working both in the creative and account sides of an agency as well as three successful years of independent consulting, there isn't much I haven't done.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of clients from Mom and Pop establishments, international non-profits, healthcare providers, artists, and a variety of technology and app development companies. The backbone for all of my clients remains the same: a solid strategy is key to success.
