My name is Greg McPartlin and I have been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years. I graduated with honors from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s of science degree in Kinesiology (study of human movement) and Nutrition.
I also attended The National Personal Training Institute upon graduating I received my Master Personal Trainers certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My clientele list includes people from a wide range of abilities, such as, individuals with limited or no training experience, individual’s needing to break plateaus, gain lean muscle mass, lose weight, get more toned, rehabilitation, increase strength, all the way up to collegiate and professional athletes.
After graduating college, my professional career started as a thriving Private Trainer at San Diego’s premier training facility, Fix Body Group where after only a few short months I was promoted to Director of Personal Training.
As the fitness manager, I created and developed their highly successful personal training program.
After these accomplishments, the natural progression of my career was to open my own personal training business, McP Fit.
I don’t believe in crash dieting or giving regular people competitive bodybuilder’s diets. I like to make small gradually changes to the foods you already eat.
Personal training is NOT a diet or a trainer yelling at you in the gym. It is a lifestyle change, a lifestyle change that allows you to enjoy the pleasures in life while still achieving your goals.
I develop a valuable trust and personal relationship with all my clients. I have clients that have been with me since day 1! As your trainer I will be by your side and progress with you every step of the way. I accept text’s and calls 24/7.
As well as personal training, you will also be getting an education. After completion of training my clients possess the skills and knowledge to maintain their lifestyles and physique.
In fact, often times their friends and family ask them for advice! If you are reading this it maybe because you are seeking a change in your health, confidence, or appearance.
There is no single better way to achieve your goals than with a personal trainer. Getting in shape is not easy. If it were, everyone would be.
However, you can make it easier by allowing someone with the experience and knowledge to guide you.
