Rinna was amazing! I booked Rinna about 6 weeks before our wedding as a coordinator of the day, because I was getting overwhelmed with all the last minute organization. From the moment I met her and her husband they took all my stress away and Rinna was so much more than a wedding day coordinator. The weeks before our wedding she made sure I stayed on top of things, she made a detailed timeline, communicated with my vendors, accompanied me at the final run-through at our venue, and coordinated our rehearsal. On top of all that she also did all my flowers! She made the cutest center pieces, wrist corsages for my bridesmaids and a stunning bridal bouquet. And of course she also made sure we had the most beautiful, stress-free wedding day! She has so much experience and really thinks of all the little details of your day. Rinna was a pleasure to work with. From the beginning she has been nice, calm, responsive and attentive. She was hired as a day coordinator but she helped out with so much more. She checked in with us everything month leading to the wedding and even formatted our timeline. She made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything and took care of all our DIY needs and the needs of our vendors. She even made a trip to our house to pick up DIY essentials. Rinna is amazing!! I was super stressed out the week leading up to the wedding and decided at the last minute I needed a day of coordinator to help out. I DIY'ed my entire wedding and was beginning to think it was a mistake. Luckily a friend of mine had just used Rinna for the same thing and referred her to me. It was one of the best decisions I made! She is easy to reach at all times and more than willing to answer any silly questions I had. We were in constant contact the week leading up to the wedding, and the best part was all the work she did with last minute follow up emails to my vendors! I hated constantly being on my laptop when I had more important things to do, and she took over all of that instantly. She even came by my house a couple days before so she could get an idea of what would be arriving to the venue for her to help set up. The day of the wedding could not have gone any smoother! She knew how strict my timeline was and how adamant I was about starting on time. Not only did that happen, we even had a one minute countdown! During the ceremony she kept us on our timeline which I really appreciated. Things get so crazy you can easily forget/not realize how fast time is going. I probably would have forgotten to cut the cake had she not reminded me. She was also more than willing to help keep things stocked, clean up during the reception, and start to put things away as needed. Rinna was great. Although she is a day of wedding coordinator, she helped us throughout the planning as well. Our big day turned out to be more beautiful than we all expected and she brought some extra decorations to add to it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We give fair enough pricing and we work with the bride and groom budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the client is booked we will have a meeting to discuss the detailed planning in order to be on top of the schedule. As part of the service, I offer the bride and groom to accompany them to the bridal bazaar that are available in town.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm taking classes for event planning.
