Josh was responsive and on time. He came over and did an inspection for us and spent time discussing solutions with us. He gave us a quote same day, pricing seemed reasonable but we decided to hold off on some of the repairs for now.

They showed up within the scheduled time. Techs were courteous knowledgeable. My only negative would be the price. Quote is based on size of the home, not on the extent of the infestation. I spoke to five services, all with a different price approach.

Just to be clear, so far I have just had the inspection but i thought it was very very thorough and i was extremely pleased with Marcellus and how he walked me through everything. A great guy. Have not made final decision who I am hiring. I am interviewing one more company.

Kilter was able to get me on the schedule in a couple days after contacting them. Rodney was punctual and took the time before getting to work to learn where the problem areas were in and around my home and the type of pests I was seeing. He was very thorough, personable, and beyond professional. It was very clear as well how experienced he is. When I saw ants again a week later, Kilter did not hesitate to get me on the schedule the next day to retreat the area. Rodney came out again and I haven’t seen any pests since. I’m very pleased with my experience with Kilter and would highly recommend them without reservation.
