We contacted Rafael while we were using another realtor with no success over 90 days. Once our commitment expired we hired Rafael. Rafael came in and sold our home in 8 days. He hired a professional photographer and rearranged our existing furniture. He marketed our home immediately. We received four offers, two cash investors ,one FHA, and lastly the full price offer that we accepted. We can't say enough good things about his knowledge, professionalism, and honesty. We highly recommend his service to everyone. Later we were able to locate our next home with Rafael as our realtor.
