Introduction: Private Investigator licensed in California and Arizona I'm able to follow subjects across state lines from CA to AZ or AZ to CA and back due to being licensed in both states. I am a tenacious Private Investigator and Security professional holding Private Investigator, Qualified Manager, Security Guard, and Real Estate licenses in California. In Arizona, I hold a Private Investigator license. I am currently in the process of obtaining a Fugitive Apprehension / Bounty Hunter / Bail Enforcement Agent license from the Arizona Department of Insurance. My background includes more than 20 years of training and hands-on experience conducting and managing private investigations for attorneys, businesses and individuals. Investigative experience encompasses attorney legal research and litigation investigations, corporate intelligence, ground / vehicle surveillance, electronic surveillance, evidence gathering, insurance fraud and white collar crime. Expert in Open Source Intelligence Techniques (OSINT) and Social Media Research and Investigations. As a case manager I solve complex strategic problems by analyzing options, prioritizing activities and executing actions that save time, reduce exposure risk, and maximizes case solvability / results. When managing a project team, I develop and outline the strategic plan, delegate responsibilities, set deadlines, create administrative standards for each case, and promote personal accountability.
